Trying to drop 10KG and falling into the same traps over and over?
Here’s what I learned the hard way. So you don’t have to.
Cutting out carbs… doesn’t work.
Carbs aren’t the enemy. Whoever told you they make you fat lied to you.
It’s eating more than you burn that leads to fat gain.
Carbs fuel your workouts and energy.
Doing loads of cardio… doesn’t work either.
I used to think endless cardio was the key to fat loss.
It’s not. Lifting weights 3-4 times a week helped me build muscle and get toned.
Cardio is great if you enjoy it, but it’s not the answer to your problems.
Giving up social events… also doesn’t work. (Are you seeing a pattern?)
I used to cancel plans, thinking that one meal out would ruin my progress completely.
Then, when I inevitably pressed that ‘screw it’ button, I binged until the new week began… sound familiar?
